01 / Your first hand

One hand, start to finish.

You're on the button with AT, 32 big blinds, blinds 500/1K. Here's every tap.

The fresh capture screen with the YOUR SEAT strip and the 500/1K (1K) blinds pill visible.
01

Tap "BTN"—the seat you're in—on the strip labeled "YOUR SEAT".

That's the whole setup. Blinds live in the pill up top ("500/1K (1K)")—tap it if they're wrong; it remembers between hands.

The capture screen after picking ATs, already saved with the notation line started.
02

Tap "ATs" on the grid—one cell, both cards.

"✓ Saved" lights up and the line starts writing itself: 500/1K(1K) 32bb eff | BTN ATs. You could stop right here—tap "Done" and this is already a hand worth keeping.

The capture screen after tapping BTN as the actor, with automatic folds and Raise highlighted.
03

The table folded to you. Tap your own seat—"BTN"—on the strip, now labeled "ACTION — WHO PUT MONEY IN".

Snap folds everyone in between—utg utg+1 lj hj co land in the line as small dim tokens—and lights the action row for you. "Raise" is already highlighted.

The raise-size row with 2.2 highlighted and 123 and question mark controls visible.
04

Tap "Raise", then the highlighted "2.2" chip.

The line adds BTN 2.2K. The chips carry the likely sizes; "123" at the end of the row types an exact amount.

The capture screen after BB calls 2.2K, with preflop complete and board entry visible.
05

Tap "BB"—the one who called—then "Call 2.2K".

The small blind folds on its own (sb), preflop closes, and board entry appears. The line so far: … BTN 2.2K, sb BB c.

The capture screen after recording the 852 rainbow flop, with 852r in the line.
06

Flop 852. Tap "8", "5", "2", then "rainbow".

Three ranks and a texture is a complete board in pro shorthand: … | 852r. Exact suits can wait—or never come; the record is honest either way.

The capture screen after the complete flop check, 2K bet, and call.
07

BB checks—tap "Check". You bet 2K—tap "Bet", then "123", type "2", "OK". BB calls—tap "Call 2K".

Heads up, Snap knows whose turn it is—you never tap a seat again. The flop reads … | 852r x, BTN 2K, c.

The capture screen with the turn and river entered and both streets checked through.
08

Turn T—tap "T", then "♦". Check, check. River 4—tap "4", then "♥". Check, check.

Each street is one card and the same taps: … | T x-x | 4 x-x.

The showdown screen after picking BB's 98o, with the computed BTN winner marked before confirmation.
09

BB tables 98o. Tap "BB shows…", pick "98o" on the grid—then tap the winner.

When the shown cards decide it, Snap has already marked the winner; one tap confirms. Snap never writes a result on its own. The finished line:

500/1K(1K) 32bb eff | BTN ATs | utg utg+1 lj hj co BTN 2.2K, sb BB c | 852r x, BTN 2K, c | T x-x | 4 x-x | BB 98o | BTN wins
The fresh capture screen after Done, with the saved toast and Hands (1) visible.
10

Tap "Done".

"Hand #1 saved — Undo reopens it". The counter reads "Hands (1)", the line resets, and your blinds and stack carry straight into the next hand.

That's it. That's the whole app at the table.

02 / Faster next time

The fast lane.

Flick instead of tapping.

Drag up for the raise sizes, down for check or call, left for fold—from almost anywhere on the screen. A big confirmation flashes center-screen, readable without looking down; every flick has a tap that does the same thing.

"?" is always an answer.

Didn't catch a size or a card? Tap "?". It saves as honestly unknown and stays tappable until it comes back to you.

"All fold" ends it.

When a bet takes it down, one tap folds everyone still waiting. It only appears when it applies.

Suits, whenever.

Tap any board card in the line to turn 852r into 852; tap your own cards to pin AT. Texture at the table, precision at the break.

The saved Hand #1 detail view with the full line, Copy line, and Edit hand visible.
03 / Fix anything

Nothing is stuck.

Tap the underline.

Anything underlined in the line is tappable and edits in place—a size, a card, a fold Snap made for you. Later action follows the fix.

"↺ Undo" unwinds one step at a time.

Never blocked, all the way back to an empty hand. Tapped right after "Done", it reopens the hand you just saved.

Toss a hand entirely.

Hold Undo for a moment → "Discard? [Discard] [Keep]". Discard wipes the hand you're building — nothing is saved. It's the only thing in Snap that asks you to confirm, because it's the only thing that can't be undone.

Edit any saved hand.

Tap "Hands", tap the hand, tap "Edit hand"—it reopens into capture, and "Done" re-saves it in place: same hand, never a duplicate. "✕ Cancel edit" walks away clean.

The signed-in account panel with backup status and Export for study visible.
04 / Never lose a hand

Signed in means backed up.

Sign in once.

Tap "Sign in" next to "Hands", then "Email me a sign-in link"—tap the link, or type the code from the email. From then on, every saved hand backs up automatically.

Any device.

Your phone always keeps the record first; sign in anywhere and your hands come back.

Take it to the lab.

"Export for study (GTO Wizard / solvers)" in the account panel puts every hand on your clipboard as clean hand-history text—for your coach, your group chat, or the tools you already use.

Questions

Quick answers.

Does Snap work with no signal?
Yes. Capture runs entirely on your phone—basement card room, airplane, anywhere. Once you're signed in, hands back up on their own the next time you have a connection.
Can I really use it at the table?
Capture mode does exactly one thing: it gets the hand down. Set your phone next to your stack and use it in the open.
What if I don't remember a card or a size?
Tap "?". A question mark is a real value everywhere in Snap—it saves, and it stays tappable so you can fill it in whenever it comes back to you.
I fat-fingered something. How do I fix it?
Tap it. Anything underlined in the line edits in place, and "↺ Undo" unwinds one step at a time, as far back as you want. From "Hands", "Edit hand" reopens any saved hand.
Do I have to finish a hand to save it?
No. Position and cards is already a saved hand—"Done" closes it whenever you stop adding, and you can finish it at the break from "Hands".
Where do my hands go when I sign in?
Your phone keeps them first, always. Signing in adds automatic backup to your account—and any device you sign in on gets your hands back.

That's the whole app.

Your next hand is the practice run.
